A little about me

I’m Paul Harder, CEO of KBP Strategies. I have been very fortunate in my career to have been associated with many technology and security leaders who have shared with me their expertise. Along the way I picked up a CIO of the Year award and a couple of national technology innovation leadership awards. Now I would like to bring that experience to you.

For the last several years I have had the honor of spending time with a variety technology solution providers that are located internationally. I have made a lot of good friends in this group and have experienced the quality of their work as an operational technology leader.

Now as I run KBP Strategies, I can work on my passion of helping small and midsized organizations attain a level of technology alignment with business that only larger organizations have the internal skills to do. I would like to bring my experience to you and help you become a high performing, innovative organization.

Along the way, with the help of others, I developed a holistic approach to securing organizational data and other resources. People, Process and Technology. Working in that order any sized organization can protect their only real currency in the real world, their reputation.
